Yvonne Konchesky Wilburn

Yvonne Konchesky Wilburn Yvonne Konchesky Wilburn, 54 of Fairchance Road, Morgantown passed away on Friday, August 8, 2014 at her home after a lengthy illness. She was born November 21, 1959 in Morgantown, the daughter of Mary Jane Smith Konchesky and the late Robert Konchesky. She was a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church, a member of the Cheat Lake CEOS Homemakers Club for many years. She was also a member of the Quilting Club with her favorite hobbies being knitting and sewing. She knitted many afghans for the Neo-natal unit at Ruby Memorial Hospital. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Darwin Wilburn, a daughter Amber Wilburn, her brothers, Andrew, Michael, Thomas, Robert Jr., David all of Morgantown and John of St. Petersburg, FL. also brothers in law Robert and Bill Wilburn, sisters in law Janice Kennan, Patty Gidley Jones and Shirley Trompak as well as several nieces and nephews and her two feline pets Sandy and Edys. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother in law Jimmy Wilburn and sister in law Bonnie. In honoring Yvonne's wishes, cremation services were conducted by Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 11am Monday, August 11, 2014 at the funeral home with Fr. Vincent Joseph officiating.
