Sometimes it's hard to understand why some things have to be, but in HIS wisdom God has planned beyond our power to see. William Henry Wiley, 77, of Morgantown, WV, entered into eternal rest Monday, March 2, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. The son of the late Alex Graves and Gertrue Yellock Wiley, he was born on September 18, 1937, in Caswell County, North Carolina. During the early years of his life, he acquired an untiring work ethic. He retired from Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens and successfully operated his own business in lawn care maintenance. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, of 56 years, Linnie Mae Wiley; two sons, Lloyd Wilson, Jr., and Bill Wiley; sister in-law, Grace Stephens; one niece, Rochelle Marshall; nephews, John Stephens, Jr., William Jeffrey and Kevin Marshall; one aunt, Rosa Daney; three uncles, Sam, Robert and Aaron Wiley; two sisters, Jeanette Howard and Lunette Wiley. He was an inspiration and joy to his family and many friends whose lives he has touched. He did his best. We cherish the years we had with him and leave the rest to God. Family and friends may call at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home, Saturday, March 7, 2015, from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. service, with Revs. Georgia Morrow and Charles Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in the East Oak Grove Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.fredjenkinsfuneralhome.com.
