William Comstock

William Joseph Comstock, 61 of Morgantown passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2013 at the Monongalia General Hospital. He was born October 16, 1952 in Morgantown, the son of the late Carl Sr. and Julia Rubick Comstock. William was an engineering tech at WVU and a veteran of the US Army. He enjoyed writing short stories and working on computers as well as star gazing while camping out. He is survived by 3 sons Austin Comstock, Jonathan Comstock and Cole Comstock, a brother Leroy Saylor Comstock, 2 sisters Bobbie Cumpston and Toni Basile and 2 granddaughters. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Carl Comstock Jr. In honoring his wishes, cremation services were conducted by the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home with a memorial service being held at a later date.
