William 'Bill' Russel Dean

William Russel Bill' Dean, 60, of Cassville, passed away at church surrounded by his church family on Wednesday May 20, 2015. He was born November 14, 1954 in Pennsylvania. Bill was a coal miner and retired from Peabody Coal. He was a member of Jakes Run Assembly of God. He is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years Deborah Pack Dean; daughter Amy (Joe) Burns and their children Gracie and Jax; and daughter Amber (Kyle) Rebold and their children Kylie and Cody all of Cassville. Bill had a zest for life and never met a stranger. He always had a smile on his face, even when he felt his worst. He always put a smile on the faces of those that came to cheer him up. He was loved by everyone, even the nurses would request that Bill be their patient. Bill loved southern gospel music, the Steelers, and especially loved his grandchildren. Friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Sunday May 24, 2015 from 1pm until the time of funeral services at 3pm with Pastor Rob Bennett officiating.
