Willard Luther Willie' Layman, III, 44, of Morgantown passed away Sunday June 9, 2013 at his home. Willie was the son of Donald E. Bolyard and Louella May Layman Bolyard of Morgantown. He graduated from University High School in 1987. Willie was an automotive parts salesman and worked for Scott Ford in Morgantown, AutoZone in Fairmont and Morgantown, and most recently University Toyota in Morgantown. In addition to his parents, Donald and Louella May, Willie is survived by three daughters, Sara M. Layman, Cecillia E. Layman and Allison R. Layman, all of Preston County; sister Mary E. Rashott and husband Joe of Lampasas, TX; half-brother Donald E. Brand of Clarksburg and three nieces, Danielle R. Wood of Fort Worth, TX, Krista S. McDonald and Jordyn Rashott both of Lampasas, TX. Willie was preceded in death by his father Willard Luther Layman, Jr., grandfather Willard Luther Layman, Sr., grandmother Mary Layman, grandfather Homer Charles McGilton and grandmother Lucy Ellen McGilton. Willie was highly esteemed by family, friends and colleagues and will certainly be missed by all who knew him. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Wednesday June 12, 2013 from 3 to 5pm and 7 to 9pm. Funeral services will be held 2pm Thursday at the Fred L. Jenkins Chapel of Prayer with Pastor Fred Tomlinson officiating. Burial will follow at the Bethel Cemetery.
