Wilbert Eugene 'Poodle' Wolfe

Wilbert Eugene "Poodle" Wolfe of the Cheat Lake area passed away on January 25,2023 at his home after a long battle with cancer. Born January 24,1960 in Morgantown WV, he was the son of the late Wilbert and Bertha "Birdie" Wolfe.

Eugene worked in construction most of his life. He had a hand in building a lot of homes and businesses in the area. He enjoyed riding his mountain bike, but his real passion was fishing and coyote hunting.

He is survived by his two daughters Heather and Crystal Wolfe of Morgantown, WV; grandchildren Savanna and fiancé Dan, Sahara, Orien and Vella; great grandchildren Aiden and Asher and one sister Patricia Crawford.

Also surviving are several nieces a nephew, numerous cousins and friends.

His request for cremation will be honored by his family. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
