Wayne Earl Winters, 44, was born on Bertha Hill, WV, October 17, 1965. Wayne went home to be with the Lord on April 17, 2010, doing what he loved the most, four-wheeling with friends. Wayne had a love for motorcycles, fishing, hunting, and four-wheeling ... but his greatest love was family and friends. Wayne loved to be surrounded by his family and friends and he never met a stranger. Those that knew him loved him. Once you met him you were drawn to his love of life and sense of humor. Wayne loved helping people and if you needed him day or night, he was there without complaint. The apple of his eye was Colton Maxwell, his grandson, ‘pappy’s boy.’ He is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Kristen Michelle Winters; daughter Kayleigh ‘Kelly’ Moats, Brandi Maxwell, Courtney Winters, Amber Sanders; sons Brian and Jessee Moats; brother and best friend Harley James Winters, Jr. and wife Tish; sisters Sandy Dalton, Susie Winters Birrell and husband Ken, Ann Marie Winters Hart and husband Wayne; brother Camden ‘Sam’ Frame and wife Lynn; granddaughter Autumn; sister-in-law Kimberly Graham and husband Jay; mother-in-law Donna Sue ‘Mama’ Harper and husband Jack; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Wayne was preceded in death by his beloved mother and father Betty Lynch Winters and Harley James Winters, Sr.; brother-in-law Bill Dalton; uncles George Winters, Wayne Winters, Wade Lynch, Landy Lynch, Frank Smith and Ted Lynch; aunts Bessie Pyles and Jean Liston; grandmothers, Hattie Winters and Gertrude 'Mombo’ Lynch. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home from 2-4pm and 7-9pm, Tuesday, April 20, 2010. Again from 10am until time of services at 11am on Wednesday, April 21, 2010.
