Wayne Paul O'Shell, Jr.

Wayne P. O'Shell, 74 of Morgantown went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 10, 2010 . He was born November 8, 1935 in Pittsburgh, Pa. He was an active member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, a devoted WVU basketball fan and a true mountaineer. He was a food salesman all of his life and owned Unique Foods for over 20 years. Wayne is survived by his two children Dalane O'Shell of Tampa, Fl and Curt O'Shell of Morgantown. He is also survived by three brothers Richard O'Shell of Cincinnati, Ohio, Robert O'Shell of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Gary O'Shell of Washington, DC as well as two sisters Bobbie "BJ" Holterman of Mason, Ohio and Dani Fuchs of Pittsburgh, Pa. He was preceded in death by his wife Darol O'Shell. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Thursday, October 14, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Cremation will follow the visitation with a memorial service to be held on Friday, October 15, 2010 at 11am at the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church with Pastors Douglas Miller and Gary O'Shell officiating. A luncheon will follow the memorial service at the church. In lieu of flowers ,the family request that donation in Wayne's honor to be made to the "Open Heart Program" at Mon General Hospital, 1200 JD Anderson Dr., Morgantown,WV 26505.
