Walter Jennings Roush

Walter Jennings Roush, 78 of Mt. Morris, WV went home to be with the Lord on Monday November 14, 2011 at the Sundale Nursing Home. He was born July 19, 1933 in Morgantown, the son of the Walter Jennings Roush and Lillian Elizabeth Furman Roush. Walter was a Christian and attended the Mt. Morris Gospel Tabernacle and the I am His Fellowship in Mt. Morris, PA. He was a pipefitter, welder and coal miner. Walter was preceded in death by his parents and wife of 57 years Mary Louise Howell Roush. Left to cherish his memory and look forward to seeing him again are; one sister Jeanne R. Russell; two daughters and their families, Gail R. Anderson and husband Kermit and their daughter Rachel, and Dee R. Eddy and husband Howard and their daughter Katie. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Wednesday November 16, 2011 from 10am until time of services at 12noon with Pastor Don Campbell officiating. Burial will follow at the Lawnwood Cemetery. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the caring staff of Sundale, Morgantown Hospice and the love, prayers and concern from family and friends that have been a comfort at this sad time.
