Vynce G. Jessup

Vynce G. Jessup, 57, of Morgantown passed away Saturday April 18, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born August 14, 1957 in Baltimore, MD a son of Annthomas Jessup Lindsay of Baltimore, MD and the late Leroy Jenkins. Vynce was an employee of Ruby Memorial Hospital and worked as an environmental service worker. He enjoyed watching movies, joking, and spending time with family. Most of all, Vynce enjoyed singing in the Gospel Quartet. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his beloved wife Cynthia Jessup of Morgantown; sons Tyrone Jessup and wife Monique, Jerome Jessup all of Baltimore, MD; step children Kevin Watkins of Morgantown, Nichelle Watkins of Maryland; seven siblings Devereaux Savoy, Meredith Jessup and spouse Bernadette, Nathalia Martain, Mandarin Jessup, Gino Jessup, Cheryl Lindsay Morgan, Christine Fortenberry and husband James; 11 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, Vynce was preceded in death by a daughter Vanessa Jessup. Friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Saturday April 25, 2015 from 11am until the time of funeral services at 1pm with Rev. Kevin Hall and Rev. Claudette Dale officiating. Burial will follow at East Oak Grove Cemetery.
