Vivian Smith

Mrs. Vivian L. (Evans) Smith, age 76, of Shepherdsville, KY returned to her Heavenly Father on May 31, 2016.

Mrs. Smith retired as a medical transcriptionist at Norton Southwest Hospital and was a secretary of the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office.

Among those that preceded her in death include her parents, Leslie and Emma (Davis) Evans; and husband, James L. Smith.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Leslie Smith and wife Arlene, James Smith and wife Tierria, and Timothy Smith; grandchildren, Andrew, Randall, Patrick and Jamie Smith; great-grandchildren, Brayden and Allison; brother, Jerry Evans and wife Trula; many loving nieces and nephews, special grandpets and a host of special friends.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks funeral home, Shepherdsville, KY.

Graveside services will be held at the Cedar Grove Cemetery, Mt. Morris, PA., on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 2pm with her son Leslie Smith officiating.
