Vadna Jean Neer, 81, of Bruceton Mills passed away on May 8, 2020. The daughter of the late Arch and Lena Wilkins. She was born on April 17, 1939 in Mt. Morris, PA. Vadna was one of eight children. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-two years James Neer who passed on March 26, 2011. She leaves behind her only daughter Rebecca Michaels.
