Twyla Ruth Campbell, 80, of Owl Creek Rd., Morgantown passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at her residence. She was born December 30, 1929 in Morgantown, the daughter of the late Harley and Nancy Belle Gorby Long. She was a former employee of Mon General Hospital and the Sundale Nursing Home. She also was a homemaker and Methodist by faith. Twyla is survived by her sons Roy Campbell and wife Sandra of Morgantown, Terry Campbell and his companion Elizabeth Dingley of Orlando, Fl., Dave Campbell and his wife Barbara of Morgantown, Jospeh 'Joe' Campbell and his wife Patricia 'Patty' of Morgantown, and Jim Campbell also of Morgantown. Also surviving are three sisters Carolyn Maxwell Murray of Morgantown, Nancy Barnes and Sheila Ringholz both of Sandusky, Ohio, 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Twyla was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Roy Campbell, an infant son Allan Dewayne Campbell, a sister Ellen Chance and her daughter in law Brenda Campbell. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Monday, March 8, 2010 from 3-5 and 7-9pm and again on Tuesday from 10am until the time of services at 11am with Rev. Christopher Gudger-Raines officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
