Travis Lee Ramsey

Travis Lee Ramsey, 27, of Morgantown, WV, passed away January 6, 2018 in Fairmont, WV.

The son of Donald R. Ramsey of Worthington, and his late beloved mother, Nana Sue Ramsey, he was born September 25, 1990 in Morgantown.

Travis was employed by Anchor Management Properties, LLC and a former bouncer at Annex Night Club on High St. Anyone who knew Travis knew how personable he was. He was able to light up any party at any time. Family and friends were most important to him and he never met a stranger. He had a smile and a laugh that will live on in those who are left to cherish him.

In addition to his father, Travis is survived by a brother, Tanner R. Ramsey; four half-brothers; a beloved uncle “Skunk”, Chad M. Ramsey; a nephew, Tanner R. Ramsey II; two nieces: Lexus M. Ramsey, and Mercedes M. Ramsey; his companion, Clorressa D. Bennett; and her daughter, Makenzie N. Jackson; and numerous other family and friends.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by, his best friend, Daniel DeLeon; and a girlfriend, Rhiannon Steier.

Family and friends will be received at Fred L Jenkins Funeral Home, Thursday, from 4pm until the time of service at 7pm. A private burial will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Fred L Jenkins Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
