Thomas Richard Patterson

Thomas Richard Patterson, 81, of Granville, WV, passed away June 2, 2015 at the Sundale Nursing Home. The son of the late Obediah and Kate Gillespie Patterson, he was born August 28, 1933 in Ward, WV. Thomas was a United States Army veteran and a Catholic by faith. Tom enjoyed shooting pool in his spare time. He is survived by his wife Linda Stevens Patterson; two sons, Thomas Richard Patterson II and his wife, Joan of Austin, TX, and David Patterson and his wife, Michelle of Pflugerville, TX; four grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his eight siblings and a great-grandchild. Honoring Thomas's wishes, cremation services were provided by the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home.
