Theresa Ann Poling

Theresa Ann Wilson Poling, 62 of Morgantown entered her eternal rest on Friday December 21, 2012 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. Theresa was born in Morgantown on June 20, 1950 the daughter of Herbert Wilson and raised by her grandmother Tressie Wilson. She worked 18 years at Monongalia General Hospital, followed by seven years at HealthSouth Mountainview and more recently until her health no longer permitted, she provided in home care to others. Theresa loved crafting and crocheting and many still enjoy the warmth of her beautiful Afghans. She collected angels and now she walks among them. Theresa is survived by her husband of 38 years, Wilbert Skip' Poling; her son, James Fitzgerald; her daughter Krista Park and husband Lee and three beautiful grandchildren she adored; Bailey, Hunter and Ashlee. Also surviving are her brothers, Herb and Tim Wilson; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; David (Arlene) Poling, Cathy (Carl) Ables, Sandy (John) Abersold and Lil (Wayne) Finnis; aunts, uncles, cousins, many nieces and nephews, friends, especially her best friend for many years Nancy Shobe and husband Fred. She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Wilson; grandmother Tressie Wilson and her mother-in-law Thelma Poling. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Thursday December 27, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8pm and on Friday from 10am until time of services at 11am with Rev. Bill Page and Rev. John Abersold officiating. Burial will follow at the Bethel Cemetery.
