Tara Lynn Bunner, 60, of Morgantown, WV, passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born March 4, 1954 in Morgantown, the daughter of James Burnside and Dawn Eavenson. Tara was a 1972 graduate of Morgantown High School, and she completed her bachelor's degree in Education at The University of Wisconsin at Madison in 2011. Tara loved gardening, teaching children, and caring for animals. She was an accomplished seamstress, dancer, and choreographer, and she adopted anyone and anything that was in need of a loving home. She ran her own business, Tara's House Daycare, for many years. She was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She is survived by her mother Dawn Eavenson, stepmother Shirley Burnside, five daughters Jennifer Bunner and her husband Tony Sass, Gretchen Gustavich and her husband Clint Gustavich, Emily Bunner and her fiancé Kory Stuemke, Amy Robson and her husband Cody Robson, Rebecca Bunner and her fiancé Joshua Totten; Sisters Cheryl Ann Baker and Sheila Blosser and her husband Jacob McClellan; step brother Jesse Tennant and his wife Deborah Tennant; and her beloved golden retriever Niblet. Friends and family will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Tuesday, June 24 2014 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm and 6:00pm until 8:00pm. Funeral services will be held at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 1:00pm. Interment will directly follow the services at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens. At 3:00pm following the service, friends and family are invited to meet at the LDS Institute of Religion building at 596 Willey Street in Morgantown for a potluck dinner.
