Susan D. Shriver,

55, passed away, Friday, December 9, 2016, in her home with her family by her side.

Daughter of the late Mary Shoemaker, Susan was born September 21, 1961 in Morgantown.

Susan worked for Valley Health Care as a health aid for many years. She loved spending time with family and adored her grandchildren. Her hobbies were going shopping, playing bingo and crocheting.

Susan is survived by her husband of 13 year Jack Shriver; two sons, Homer Wilson III and Christopher Wilson, Sr.; a daughter, Crystal Wilson; four grandsons: Andrew Gibson. Christopher Wilson, Jr., Zaiden Wilson and Homer Wilson IV; three granddaughters: Kiara Wilson, Alexis Wilson and Cadence Wilson, all of Morgantown; a brother, Robert Cost, of Charlestown; and many other loved ones.

In addition to her mother, Susan was preceded in death by, two brothers, Joseph Cost and Peter Shoemaker; and a sister, Donna Smitley.

Family and friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home, Tuesday, December 13, 2016, from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral service with Senior Pastor M. A. Donham and Pastor Joseph Donham officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
