Stephen Warren Buchanan

Stephen Warren Steve' Buchanan, 60, of Madison, TN, formerly of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday September 3, 2013 as the result of a pedestrian auto accident. He was born June 5, 1953 in Washington, PA a son of Bernice Buchanan of Morgantown and the late James W, Buchanan Sr. Steve was a retired employee of the WV Department of Highways and was a member of the Inglewood Baptist Church in Nashville, TN. He is survived by his brothers James W. Buchanan Jr. and companion Patty Callen of Morgantown and Edward D Buchanan of Bristol, VA; sister Rebecca Becky' Chidester and husband Douglas of Morgantown; companion Marie Few of Madison, TN; and several nieces and nephews. In accordance with Steve's wishes cremation was arranged by Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home. Friends will be received at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Friday September 13, 2013 from 6pm until the time of memorial service at 7:30pm with Pastor Scott Whetzel officiating.
