Shirley Mae Starr

Shirley Mae Starr, 56, of Anderson, IN passed away Thursday July 14, 2016 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born February 9, 1960 in Morgantown a daughter of Eliza Heinze Costello of Morgantown and the late Harvey Dale Costello.

Shirley enjoyed going to yard sales and working flea markets with her late husband Nathan Starr who passed away on July 15, 2016.

In addition to her mother she is survived by a son Robert Michael ‘Bubba’ Costello and wife Krystal; the daughter she never had Kelly Shaffer; brothers Ronnie Costello and wife Roseanna, Harvey Costello and wife Judy; sister Rose Davis; grandchildren Alleigha Shaffer, Aaron Swope, Alyisa Shaffer, Ashton Shaffer, Zoey Shaffer, and Nevaeh Goss all of Morgantown.

Friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Monday July 18, 2016 from 11am until the time of funeral services at 1pm with Pastor Barbara Hamrick officiating. Burial will follow at Davis Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to any Clear Mountain Bank C/O Memorial for Shirley Starr, to help the family with expenses.
