Sharon Rose Jones Sharon Rose Jones, 66 of Core, WV passed away Saturday, June 1, 2013 at her residence. She was born January 13, 1947 in Owensboro, Ky., the daughter of the late Louis and Margaret Strobel Hardman. She was a homemaker and protestant by faith. Sharon is survived by her children, Bryon Jones of Barrackville, Darrel Jones of Core and Heather Gooden of Rivesville. Grandchildren; Matthew, Zachery and Kendra Gooden. Brothers; Louis Hardman, Michael Hardman, Patrick Hardman and Rick Hardman and her sister Donna Smith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Jones.
