Sandra L. Dumire

Sandra L. Dumire, 60 of Morgantown passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2010 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born January 21, 1950 at Manown, WV, the daughter of the late Roscoe and Rosie Hovatter Sigley. She was employed as a certified nurse’s aide at Heartland of Preston County and Pentecostal by faith. She is survived by her husband Donald Dumire, two daughters Lisa Corley of Westover and Tammy Wilson of Morgantown; three brothers Harold Sigley and his wife Dorothy Cozad of Kingwood, Everett Sigley and Roscoe Junior Sigley both of Cleveland, Ohio; four sisters Ruth Clawson of Thornton, WV, Carol Cale of Baltimore, Md, Esther Casteel-Cale of Independence, WV and Betty Dumire and her husband Melvin of Cleveland, Ohio. Also surviving are her grandchildren Shaka and TiMeyka Johnson and Dontae and NaKeisha Wilson as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters Dolly Bolyes and Christine Sigley, brothers Roy and Will Sigley and granddaughter Gwendolyn Johnson. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Sunday, April 18, 2010 from 1-7pm. Funeral services will be held at 11am Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Kevin Cain officiating. Burial will follow in the Nestor Cemetery, Tucker County.
