Ruth Bower Donham,

93, of Morgantown, passed away, Thursday, August 18, 2016, surrounded by her loving family.

The daughter of the late Fay and Alice Swisher Bower, she was born August 13, 1923, in Morgantown.

Ruth is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Carolyn and James Kovac and Glenna and Rick Cairnes; a son, Homer Donham III, all of Ohio; a half-brother, Fay T. Bower of OH; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and 10 great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Homer Donham; a daughter, Patricia Weimer; a son, Danny Donham; a sister, Olive Lipscomb; and a brother, Edgar Bower.

Family and friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home, Sunday, from 4-8 p.m. and again on Monday, August 22, 2016, from 12 noon until the 1 p.m. service with Pastor Treg Spicer officiating. Burial will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
