Ruth Ann Davis

Ruth Ann Davis, 63, of Morgantown, WV, passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017 at home. She was born March 13, 1954 in Morgantown, daughter of the late Clyde McDonald and Grace McDonald Cordwell. She was a homemaker.

Ruth enjoyed anything involving her family, especially time outdoors, camping with her grandchildren.

Ruth is survived by her husband of 46 years, Don Davis; daughter Rebecca McDonald and husband David; her beloved grandchildren, Nathan Davis Heather Gillum and husband Sam; great-grandchildren, Cyleigh Davis and Emma and Rylee Gillum; five siblings, Chuck McDonald and wife Karen, Clyde McDonald and wife Vickie, Alan McDonald and wife Scarlet, Bonnie Shisler all of Morgantown and Tena Tidd and husband Dave of Elkhart, IN. Also surviving are her in-laws, Gerald and Sue Davis, Kenny and Jessica Davis, Judy and Jim Sickles, Patty Dalton, Carol Davis and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by an infant brother Guy McDonald, one sister Delores Exline; four brothers-in-law, Lloyd Shisler, Eddie Davis, Joe Davis, Terry Dalton; one niece, Jenny Exline; one nephew, Steve Dalton and her mother and father-in-law, Dale and Fannie Davis.

Friends and family are invited to gather on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at the Nicholson Chapel Church from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. She will be laid to rest following the visitation in the Nicholson Chapel Cemetery.
