Roy Delmas McMillen,

68, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at his home.

The son of the late Glenn and Della Nicholson McMillen he was born June 5, 1948 in Morgantown, WV.

Roy was a United States army veteran and served in Vietnam. When he was younger he enjoyed playing softball. Most of all he was a family man and his grandchildren were his life.

He is survived by his wife, Doris McMillen; a daughter, Vicki Fanok; grandchildren: Samantha Burkett and her husband, Hunter, Justin Fanok, and Tyler Davis; two brothers, Millard McMillen and Wilbur McMillen; a sister, Virginia Saterfield; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce McMillen; and seven siblings: Goldie Maxon, Elmo McMillen, Lawrence McMillen, Paul McMillen, Howard McMillen, Jim McMillen, and Joe McMillen.

Family and friends will be received at Nicholson Chapel, Saturday, June 25, 2016 from 11 a.m. until the 12 noon service, with Pastor Jake Nicholson officiating. Burial will follow in the Nicholson Chapel Cemetery with full military honors.
