Roxanne Boyce

Roxanne Dione Boyce, age 57, sadly passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at JW Ruby Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Born on August 14, 1968, in Leesburg, Virginia, she was the daughter of Mary Linda Butler Martin of Morgantown and the late Jack Martin.

Roxanne had a heart full of love for crafts, whether she was making them, selling them, or hunting for new treasures. A big fan of Stevie Nicks, she would often be found enjoying her music, and she cherished every moment riding motorcycles alongside her husband, Jerry. Her faith as a Protestant and her passion for animals made her who she was: vibrant, caring, and incredibly devoted to those around her.

She leaves behind her beloved husband of 19 years, Jerry Boyce; her son, Ted Starkey; stepdaughter, Kayla (Thomas) Wilson; and sister-in-law, Lana Boyce. Roxanne is also survived by her furry friends Dakota, Faith, Molly, and Stevie, her cherished cat.

A gathering of family and friends will take place on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 12:00 pm at Fred L Jenkins Funeral Home, 10 S. High St., Morgantown, WV 26501, until the time of services at 2 PM with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating.  She will rest at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
