In loving memory of Rose Taylor, who went to join her family in heaven on November 12, 2014. Rose was born November 5, 1944 in National, WV, daughter to the late Ira and Ada Stevens. Rose never knew a stranger. She made friends where ever she went. She enjoyed playing bingo and taking trips to Atlantic City to try her luck at the slots. She loved having her friends and family around all the time. Rose was also a loyal member of good standing of the Westover Lions Club. Rose is survived by her soul mate and loving husband, Larry Taylor; two sisters, Linda Patterson and Debra Allen both of Granville; one son Larry Wayne Taylor of Osage; two grandchildren, Gracie Rose and Whyatt both of Osage; special sister-in-law, Glenna Evans and her nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Also surviving are many friends that loved her very much. In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Sprouse, brother, Tommy Stevens, her grandson Zackery Taylor, granddaughter Haylee Taylor and her mother and father-in-law, Martha and Junior Taylor. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Monday, November 17, 2014 from 11am until time of services at 1pm with Rev. Willard Rowan officiating. Entombment will follow at the Beverly Hills Garden of Tranquility Mausoleum.
