Robert Douglas Mcdonald

Robert D. Bo' McDonald, 62, of Morgantown, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born June 16, 1953 in Morgantown, son to the late Charles Paul and Mary Dewey' Fisher McDonald. Bo worked for West Electric, The Dominion Post and most recently for Hilling Lumber. Bo loved westerns and always had one on the TV. He was a huge fan of John Wayne and talked a lot about old times and family. He is survived by his daughter, Barbara Coates and husband Teller; son Robert Adam McDonald; two nephews who Bo considered sons, Bobby McDonald and fiancé Melinda Crabtree, with whom he made his home for the past four years and Mike McDonald and fiancé Terry Nicholson; one granddaughter, Jessica Danielle Tuggle; great nieces and nephews, Zack, Emily, Hollie, Brittany, Nathan and Bryan and all of Morgantown. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Tony McDonald. Friends will be received at the Nicholson Chapel, Summers School Road, on Monday, June 22, 2015 from 10am until time of services at 1pm with Rev. Ray Frankhouser officiating. Burial will follow at the Nicholson Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home, 10 South High Street, Morgantown, WV 26501.
