Robert 'Bob'' Edward Jackson, Jr.

Robert ‘Bob’ Edward Jackson, Jr., 80, of Morgantown, went to be with the Lord early Monday morning December 26, 2016, surrounded by his family at Monongalia General Hospital. He was born in Cassville on November 25, 1936, the son of the late Robert Edward Jackson, Sr. and the late Mable Gladys Jackson.

He was a faithful member of HOPE Church.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters Mable Deloris Wilson, Florence Ann Chesney Foxx; three brothers Howard Wade Jackson, Johnny Jackson, and Randy Jackson.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 35 years Barbara June Davisson Jackson; one daughter Whitley Erin Clemons and husband Justin Clemons; two sisters Margaret ‘Margie’ Jackson Batton and husband Bob Batton, and Karen Elaine Jackson Simpson Sago; two grandsons Liam Michael Jackson-Clemons, and Levi Edward Clemons. He is also survived by 30 nieces and nephews and multiple great nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Tuesday December 27, 2016 from 4pm-8pm. Visitation will continue on Wednesday at HOPE Church from 12pm until the time of funeral services at 1pm with Pastors Allen and Joseph Donham officiating. Burial will follow at Arnettsville Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home 10 S. High St. Morgantown, WV 26501, to help with expenses.
