Robert Glenn Dalton

Robert Glenn Peacock' Dalton, 68, of Mountainview Rd., Morgantown went to be with the Lord on Wednesday November 24, 2010 at Sundale Nursing Home surrounded by his family and friends at his bedside. He was loved and will be greatly missed. He was born September 6, 1942 in Morgantown a son to the late Willard Bill' and Zelma Davis Dalton. Peacock enjoyed driving his car and listening and singing to music while in his car. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Peacock is survived by a brother Donald Dalton and wife Juanita; three sisters Brenda Hart and husband Donnie, Kathy Summers and husband Nieman, and Jean Dalton and husband Ronnie Gay all of Morgantown. He is also survived by four nephews Scott Dalton and wife Tammy, Eric Dalton and wife Jodi, Greg Dalton and wife Jacque, and Garret Hart and wife Chantell; a niece Cortney Hart all of Morgantown; an uncle Milford Davis and wife Joretta of Branford, FL; and two special aunts Doris Dalton and Mildred Dalton of Morgantown. The family would like send a special thank you to the staff at Sundale Nursing Home, Dr. Barclay and his staff, Hospice Care, and his cousin and friend Carol Pee Pee' Hart. Friends will be received at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church on the Kingwood Pike on Saturday November 27, 2010 from 3pm until time of services at 2pm Monday with Pastor Rick Stackpole officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
