Robert Wayne Cassino

Robert ‘Bob’ Cassino, 81, of Morgantown, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at home surrounded by family and friends. He was born on September 5, 1941, a son to Joe and Violet Grace Cassino.

Bob was employed for 13 years at Bob Dinsmore Tires and retired after 32 years from Morgantown Machine Hydraulics.

He was an avid outdoorsman, including hunting and fishing. He really enjoyed going to the shooting range, camping with his wife and friends and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Lucille Murray Cassino; son Michael Cassino and wife Lenina of York, PA; daughter Michelle Martin and husband Timothy. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Shayla, Dylan, Sam, Ike and Leah; one brother, Glenn Cassino and wife Sharon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Joseph Lester Cassino.

Special thank you to Dr. JoAnn Kolodney and assistant Heidi and the traveling nurses and therapists who came to the home.

The family will receive friends on Friday, Oct. 7, 2022, at the Fred Jenkins Funeral Home from 3 PM to 7 PM and again on Saturday from 2 PM until time of services at 3 PM with Kyle Ringer officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Nicholson Chapel Cemetery.
