Robert Junior Bretzman

Robert Junior Bretzman, 84, of Morgantown passed away peacefully on July 5, 2013 at the Mapleshire Nursing Home. He was born April 17, 1929 in Morgantown a son to the late Louis Sterling and Mary Louise Molinatti Bretzman. Robert retired from the WVU Physical Plant. He was a US Navy Veteran. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, gardening and a good western. He is survived by three daughters, Susan Walraven and husband Jerry of Kingston, Mass., Robin Carpenter and husband Mark of Durham, NC and Yetta Bretzman of Morgantown; two sons Peter Bretzman and wife Kathy of Hallsville, TX and Robert Bretzman and wife Sandy of Grafton, WV; granddaughter, Dallas Bretzman and husband Carl Piraneo of Fuquay-Varina, NC; grandsons Jerry, Michael and Joshua Walraven of Kingston, Mass.; granddaughters, Mandi Kelley, Rachael and husband Jaron Freeman, and Marissa Lipscomb; Great grandchildren, Peyton, Paislee and Liam Lipscomb. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Catherine Bretzman in 1999. Friends will be received at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Monday July 8, 2013 from 3-5 and 7-9pm and again on Tuesday from 10am until time of services at 11am with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. Burial will follow at the East Oak Grove Cemetery.
