Ricky Allen Mcdonald, Jr.

Ricky Allen McDonald, Jr., 34, of Woodbridge, VA passed away unexpectedly on December 31, 2016 at his home. He was born on May 23, 1982 in Morgantown, WV the beloved son of Ricky A. McDonald, Sr. of Walshville, Illinois and Karen A. Lawson-McDonald of Woodbridge, VA. He was employed with IKEA for the past seven years and had just started with Olive Garden a few weeks prior to his death.

In addition to his parents Ricky is survived by his very best friend, his beloved twin brother, Rodney A. McDonald and very special nephew, Jaylen M. Gray, whom he dearly loved, both of Woodbridge. He is also survived by a host of family members, including a special cousin Joshua Lynn Jackson. He will be dearly and sadly missed by all.
Ricky was preceded in death by his beloved brother Ira Timothy McDonald, his maternal grandparents, Ira James and Adeline Jefferson Lawson and his paternal grandparents Vincent and Marcille McDonald.
Friend and family may call the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Friday, Jan. 6, 2016 from 11am until time of his home going service at 1pm with Pastor James Edmonds, of Woodbridge, VA officiating.

Burial will follow at the East Oak Grove Cemetery.
