Rebecca Louise Phillips

Rebecca Louise Phillips, 85 of Richard, WV passed away Monday March 14, 2011 at Ruby Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born March 29, 1925 in Masontown, WV daughter of the late Todd and Hassie Titchenell. Rebecca was a member of the American Legion Post 174 Ladies Auxiliary and Methodist by faith. Rebecca was a homemaker for many years. She loved to travel and spend time with her family and friends. Rebecca is survived by her husband of 65 years Ralph W. Phillips; one daughter Sherry Phillips of Richard; two sons Ralph W. Phillips, Jr. of Richard and Roger Phillips and wife Rachel of Cheat Lake; sister Virginia Friend of Morgantown; grandchildren, Chana Duley and husband Michael of Morgantown, Corey Corbin and wife Deborah of Louisville, KY, Brittney Phillips of Latrobe, PA, Bethany Reynolds of Fairmont, Sarah Bishop and husband Sean of Morgantown and Annie Reynolds of Cheat Lake. Also surviving are great grandchildren Colton Duley, Alec Duley and Harper Grace Bishop. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother James Titchenell and sister Lolly McClead. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Thursday March 17, 2011 from 4-9pm and again on Friday from noon until time of services at 1pm with Pastor Jim Freeland officiating. Burial will follow at the Pierpont Cemetery, Canyon Road.
