Patricia Ann Wilt, 70 of Morgantown passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday April 13, 2010 at her home. She was born September 9, 1939 at Arnettsville, WV a daughter of the late Frank and Loleta Truban. Patricia is survived by her husband of 51 years, John ‘Bud’ Wilt; two daughters Karen and husband Michael Mills of Lewis Center, OH and Sharon and husband Bobby Doyle of Star City, WV. Also surviving is her sister Eileen and husband Art Ford of Morgantown, brother Fred and wife Kathy Truban and sister-in-law Susi Truban all of Columbus, OH. She was ‘Grandma Patty’ to her only grandchild Olivia Mills of Lewis Center, OH. Other survivors include several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother Ted Truban and sister Carol Truban. Patricia was a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law and grandmother to not only her family but to her special pet dogs over the years, most recently to ‘Cassie.’ She will be deeply missed by her family as well as many friends, neighbors. She was truly a giving person who had a genuinely caring heart. Patricia loved to cook and bake and will long be remembered for her many dishes and baked goods she lovingly made. When not baking, she loved to knit and many will cherish the baby blankets, Afghans and dish cloths she meticulously hand knitted. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Thursday April 15, 2010 from 4-8pm and again on Friday from 1pm until time of services at 2pm. Burial will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made in memory of Patricia, to the Mon County Canine Adoption Center 243 High Street Morgantown, WV 26501
