Patricia Joyce Adkinson Patricia Joyce Adkinson, 71 of Owl Creek Rd., Morgantown passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at the Monongalia General Hospital. She was born November 6, 1940 in Morgantown, the daughter of the late Rupert and Anna Stoker Ball. She was employed with Goodwill as a sales person and attended Emmanuel Baptist Church in her earlier years. Patricia loved music, going to Bunners Ridge and family outings. She is survived by 2 sons John Adkinson and wife Christy Jo of Morgantown , and David Adkinson also of Morgantown, 2 daughters Christy Blosser and husband Tub of Summers School Rd., Becky Kyle and husband Chris of Morgantown, a brother Channing Ball and wife Nancy of Morgantown, 7 grandchildren Steven, Kayla, Nikki, Alley, Jodi, Kelsie and Emily. Also surviving are Several nieces, nephews, aunts , uncles and many close friends. In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd "Puff" Adkinson Sr. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Monday, June 18, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Funeral services will be held at 1pm Tuesday, June 19, with Rev. Ray Frankhouser officiating. Burial will follow in the Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
