Pamella Kay Watkins

Pamella Kay Watkins, born on May 14, 1958, in Painesville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2026, at her home in West Virginia. A devoted homemaker, Pam lived a simple, private life marked by quiet strength and resilience.

She will be remembered for her kind and generous spirit, always opening her home and heart to others. Pam had a special way of making everyone feel welcome, and her caring nature left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Ann Burkhammer Watkins, and siblings, Steve Watkins, Nancy Watkins and Larry Watkins.

Pam is survived by her beloved daughter, Charlene Martinez, as well as her cherished grandchildren, Mateo Martinez, Jasmin Martinez, and Sebastian Martinez.

She is also survived by her siblings: Sandra Ford (Lynn Ford), Bert Watkins, Bart Watkins, Becky Baker (Kenney Baker), Debra Watkins-Skidmore (Dana Skidmore), Donald Watkins, Paul Watkins, Larry Watkins, Steve Watkins, and Nancy Hillen (Allen Hillen). She was also loved and adored by her numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens at a later date, where family and friends will gather to remember Pam's life and celebrate her memory. The family appreciates the support and condolences during this difficult time and invites all who knew Pam to join them as they honor her legacy.
