Nina Elizabeth Dunn

Nina Elizabeth Dunn, 95 of Tyrone Avery, Rd. passed away Friday May 11, 2012 at her daughters home surrounded by her family. She was born September 30, 1916 in Morgantown the daughter of the late William James and Wanda Opal Staddon. Nina loved spending time with her children and grandchildren more than anything. Other hobbies included cooking, canning and playing the piano. She was a long time member of the Tyrone Methodist Church. Nina is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Fowler of Cheat Lake, Shirley Jordan and husband James of Morgantown; son Mark Dunn and wife Christine of Morgantown; grandchildren, George, Jr., Denise, Tammy, Sherry, Tracy, Teresa, Rachel and Brian; great grandchildren, Curtis, Chrissy, John, Jennifer, April, Ashley, Michael, Nikki, Nina, Dallas, Dakota, Danielle, Kyle, Tiffany, Amber, Kristen and Aidyn; 10 great great grandchildren and two on the way. Also surviving is her brother Glenn Staddon and wife Linda of Cheat Lake. In addition to her parents Nina was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Ira Dunn; infant son William Ernest Dunn; sisters, Margaret Beil, Annabelle Stockett, Hilda Weston and Rachel Staddon; one brother Bobby Staddon and son-in-law George Fowler. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Monday May 14, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8pm and again on Tuesday from 10am until time of services at 11am with Pastor David M. Coe officiating. Burial will follow at the Pleasant Hills Cemetery.
