Milton Keith Jennings

Milton Keith ‘Sonny’ Jennings, 62, of Charlotte, NC, formerly of Morgantown, passed away on Sunday, September 25th, 2022 at Carolina Medical Center- Main. Milton was born on August 24, 1960, in Baltimore, MD to the late Arnold Jackson Jennings and the late Marjorie Victoria Jennings.

Sonny grew up in Morgantown and moved to Charlotte, NC 35 years ago. He worked as a hoist and crane inspector technician. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his 4-wheeler, dirt bike, and his Harley.

Survivors include his loving wife, Laura Jennings; sons, Shawn Jennings, and Brian Jennings; daughter, Amanda Jennings and seven grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Friday, October 7, 2022 from 6pm-8pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 12pm, at the funeral home, with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. Sonny will be laid to rest at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

To honor Sonny, the family requests that casual clothing be worn during the visitation and funeral.
