Mildred Mid' Murray, 82 of Dellslow, went to be with Heaven's Angels on Friday July 26, 2013 at Ruby Memorial Hospital due to a brief illness. She was surrounded by her family. She was born January 20, 1931 in Morgantown daughter of the late Grant Dad' and Ella Fisher. She was a very loving and caring person. Her most precious gift was her family. She loved cooking for her family and friends. She was famous for her peanut butter no bake cookies. She loved playing piano for different churches and jamborees. She also enjoyed playing bingo, lottery tickets and writing poetry. She is survived by her children, Debra Mathess and companion David Sanders, George Murray and wife Beulah, Randy Harvey' Murray, Joanne Blosser and husband Larry Gay, John Murray and wife Denise, Marianne McFadden and husband Randy Jingles', and Jody Murray and wife Tracy all of Morgantown; 10 grandchildren, Steve Mathess and wife Judy, George Pork' Murray and wife Chrissy, Jamie Murray and wife Marie, Jeremy Blosser and wife Valarie, Amy Thomas and husband Duane, Johnny Murray and companion Alicia Guseman, Jennifer Blosser and husband Jason, Miranda McFadden, Amber Murray and companion Jonathan Hawkins and Patrick Murray; great-grandchildren, Emily Mathess, Tiffany, Walker, Taylor, Owen and Eli Murray, Kristen, Brandon, Isaiah and Jacob Blosser, Sydney Frazier, Ethan, Ava, Owen Murray, Gage Hawkins and one on the way. Also surviving are sisters Arveda Mathess, brothers, Ulysses Fisher and wife Peggy and John Fisher and wife Jean. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years William Pap' Wedgie' Murray; sister Mary Dewey' McDonald; two grandsons, Dave Sock' Mathess and Billy Joe Blosser and son-in-law Glenn Butch' Mathess. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Monday July 29, 2013 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm. Friends may call at the Nicholson Chapel Church on Tuesday from 10am until time of services at 1pm with Rev. Ray Frankhouser officiating. Burial will follow at the Nicholson Chapel Cemetery.
