Mary Elizabeth Keener

Mary (Varbanoff) Keener, 73, of Cassville passed away Thursday October 22, 2015 at Monongalia General Hospital. She was born October 8, 1942 in National, WV a daughter of the late Carl and Rosie Harvey Varbanoff. Mary enjoyed talking on the phone, watching TV, traveling, and going on vacation. She also loved her flowers and her dogs and cats. She is survived by her husband Pete Keener of Cassville; son Mike Keener and fiancé Margee Ballah of London, OH; and many nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers Joseph Varbanoff, Bobby Ancle, Charles Cutlip; and sister Lillian Mayhew. Friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Sunday October 25, 2015 from 2-8pm and again on Monday from 12pm until the time of funeral services at 1pm with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
