Mary Catherine Dewitt

Mary DeWitt 83 of Snow Hill, MD died Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury, MD. Born in Manoun, WV, on October 28, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Dora DeWitt. Mary worked for 36 years at Moore Business Forms in Snow Hill, MD retiring in 1991. She is survived by her sisters: Idell Mackley of Morgantown Velma Smith of Dunbar, PA and Blondell Trickett of Morgantown; nephews and nieces Roger Smith and wife Cyndy of Dunbar, PA, Carol Blosser of Morgantown, Shirley Palmer of Morgantown, Gloria J. Smith of North Ridgeville, OH, Pamela Hilling of Morgantown, Paul Long, Robert Bonnett Johnny Burkett, Charles Martin, and Gerald Bresock all of Morgantown, Jimmy Long ,out of town, Gene Bresock of OH,; life-long friend, Marie King of Snow Hill, MD and several other nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sisters, Kathleen DeWitt, Virginia Martin, Freda Long, Dolly Burkett, Beulah Bresock, infant sister; brother Ralph DeWitt; nephews, Lewis Donald Mackley, Jr., Richard Wayne Mackley and William Billy' Martin. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 27, 2013 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday August 28, at the funeral home with Pastor Ronald Ford officiating. Burial will follow at the East Oak Grove Cemetery.
