Mark Alan Allman

Mark Alan Allman, 46, of Morgantown, passed away Wednesday October 5, 2011 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born January 3, 1965 in Morgantown, a son of Donna Woydak Linville and the late Thomas Allman. Mark worked in the maintenance and landscaping department at WVU. He was an avid Mountaineer fan and loved to golf. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter Danielle Allman of Louisville, KY; step-father Al Linville of Morgantown; sisters Michele Woydak Blackshaw and husband John of Charlotte, NC, Timberley Allman of Morgantown; brother Tommy Allman of PA; step-sisters Kim McCarty and husband Mark of Morgantown, Kara Grist and husband Robert of VA; step-brother Jeff Linville and wife Sharon of IN; nephews Aaron and Tyler Blackshaw of Charlotte, NC; and a special uncle Stephen M. Pukansky of Star City. In addition to his father Mark was preceded in death by his grandparents Frank and Helen Povroznik and an Uncle Michael Woydak. To honor Mark's wishes cremation was arranged by Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home. A private memorial service was held by his family.
