Marjorie Elaine Nestor

Marjorie Elaine Nestor, 72, of the Kingwood Pike, Morgantown, WV, went to be with the Lord February 11, 2011, after a courageous four year battle with cancer and can now rest in peace. Born March 23, 1938, in Morgantown, WV, she was the daughter of Clyde and Stella (Dalton) Blosser. Marjorie retired from Monongalia General Hospital after 10 years of service. She enjoyed vacationing with her husband in Florida, Tennessee, and North Carolina where they mined gemstones and enjoyed each other's company. She also loved watching her five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren grow up. She is survived by two sons and their spouses, David E. and Alberta Nestor and Daniel C. and Gloria Nestor; a brother Gary Blosser and wife Bonnie; four sisters Helen Mancini, Dorothy (Dot) Bonnell, Wanda Mathess and husband James, and Patty Samsell and husband George; many nieces and nephews; grandchildren David Nestor and wife Amanda, Scott Nestor and wife Celina, Wendy Murray and husband Jason, and Danielle Blosser and husband Darryl Jr. all of Morgantown , Jason Nestor and girlfriend DeAnna Wallace of Virginia; and six great-grandchildren (with one more on the way). She will be sadly missed by her loyal four-legged companion Sammy Joe. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Elwood E. Nestor; her parents; brothers Darrell Blosser, Harry Blosser and James Blosser. Friends and family will celebrate her life Saturday, March 19, 2011 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm with a memorial service at 6:00pm at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to Scott's Run Settlement House.
