Madilyn Charli Hughes Madilyn Charli Hughes, infant daughter of Jason and Stephanie Tennant Hughes of Pursglove,WV passed away on June 30, 2014 at the Monongalia General Hospital. In addition to her parents, Jason and Stephanie, she is survived by two brothers Dustin and Dalen Hunt; Paternal grandparents Estil and Julie Hughes of Camden on Gauley,WV.
