Kenneth Robert Stevens

March 17, 1946 — December 15, 2024

Kenneth Robert Stevens, 78, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 15, 2024, into the hands of God. He was born on March 17, 1946, in Morgantown, a son of the late Kenneth A. Stevens and Helen Settles Stevens.


A long-time employee of WVU postal service and an assistant manager at Gabriel’s Department Store, Kenneth was a hard worker.


In his spare time, he enjoyed bowling, fishing, card games, photography, football, basketball, and just about any sport. Being with the guys was also important to him.


Kenneth was a graduate of Morgantown High School class of 1966 and was also a member of Mt. Moriah #11 PHA for 47years.


In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Jimmy; sisters Jean and Joan; and his son Bryon Allen.


He is survived by his wife Annalee; sons Jeffrey Scott and Kenneth Dean; his sister Joyce Ann, and a large family of nieces, nephews, and cousins.


Family and friends are invited to gather at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Friday, December 27, 2024, from noon until the time of the memorial service at 2pm with Rev. Junius Lewis officiating.


The family would like to thank WVU Hospice and his caregivers, Greta and Michiele for the wonderful care they gave Kenny.
