Kenneth Grey Smith

Kenneth G, Smith of Morgantown, WV, passed away Friday, March 20, 2020, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born June 23, 1940, to the late James and Genieve Johnson Smith of Mapletown, PA.

He retired from Davis and Lynch Glass Factory in 2004.

He is survived by wife, Wanda Smith, daughters Lora Smith (Matthew Davich) and Karla Simmons (Carolyn Tasker) all of Morgantown; stepdaughter Cathy (Larry) Patterson of Independence, WV, and stepson Gary (Becky) St.Clair of Reedsville, WV. Brothers include Jimmy (Sue) Smith of Bobtown, PA, Paul (Diane) Smith, of Waynesburg, PA, Denny (Marilyn) Smith of Carmichaels, PA; Sisters include Donna (Bob) Ondrojko of Smithfield, PA and Darlene (Randy) Osborne of Rock Hill, SC., and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers Roger Lee Smith and David Allen Smith and one great-grandchild, Kenneth Wayne Pierce, Jr.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family has chosen to have a private service at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Marques, WV. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
