June Ilene Bradley

June Ilene Bradley, 81 of Morgantown, formerly of Weirton, died, peacefully, at home surrounded by her loved ones on Wednesday, April 27th, nine months after being diagnosed with cancer. She was born on December 10, 1929 in Holiday's Cove W.V. the third of eight children born to the late James and Mildred Channing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Wade Bradley and her brothers Blain and Paul Channing . She was a faithful Christian and attended the Grafton Road Church of God. She loved spending time with her family and at her getaway camp at Big Bear Lake. She was a loving mother, a proud grandmother, a friend to many and an absolute joy to be around. While she will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved her, we're comforted to know she was welcomed home by a loving God. She is survived by her children, Stephen Bradley of Morgantown, Patricia Pitrollo of Charleston, Linda McCuskey and her husband William of Morgantown, Thomas Bradley of Charleston and Philip Bradley and his wife Wendy of Hurricane; three brother, Wayne Channing and his wife Janette, James Channing and his wife Alice and Darold Channing and his wife Patricia, all of Weirton; two sisters, Virginia Warnock and her husband William of Hookstown, P.A. and Catherine Michelle and her husband Tom of Weirton; as well as 15 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home on Friday, April 29, 2011 from 3-5 and 7-9pm and on Saturday at the Grafton Road Church of God from 10am until the time of services at 11am with Pastor Lee Green officiating. Burial will follow in the Anderson Bethel Cemetery, Littleton, WV. In lieu of flowers, and in accordance with her wishes, donations may be made to the Grafton Road Church of God, 43 Green Leaf Rd., Morgantown, WV 26501
