Juanita Thompson

Juanita Daniels Thompson, 86, of Bertha Hill, passed away Friday January 31, 2014 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her loving and devoted family. She was born May 2, 1927 in Morgantown a daughter of the late Frank and Margaret Daniels. She is survived by four sons Joseph Nethken, William Thompson and wife Kathy, David Thompson and wife Sharon, Robert Thompson and wife Judy; three daughters Nancy Herod and husband John, Rosalee Gray and husband Joseph, Jodi Arnett and husband David; 16 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Thompson; sister Evelyn Nethken; an infant son; one daughter-in-law; a nephew and two grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Donna and Michelle and the Senior Monongalians Lighthouse Program. Friends will be received at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home Monday February 3, 2014 from 2-4-pm & 7-9pm and again on Tuesday from noon until the time of funeral services at 1pm with Pastor Johnny Whitehair officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
