Born on August 4, 1971, in Albany, NY, Joe lived a life characterized by love, service, and unwavering dedication to his family and country.
Joe proudly served in the United States Navy, a commitment that shaped much of his character and values. Following his honorable service, he embraced civilian life with the same zeal he had shown while in uniform. Joe earned his Bachelor's Degree and poured his energy into retirement, cherishing the time spent with his loved ones.
A devoted family man, Joe is survived by his beloved wife, Alice Renee Martin, and their three children: Ariel, Stefanie, and Anthony. His role as a grandfather brought him immense joy, as he nurtured bonds with Sebastian, Winter, Dimitri, and Damien. He is also survived by his mother, Connie Martin, and his brothers, Randy and Stephen Martin, all of whom will carry his memory with them.
Joe had an unwavering passion for the New York Giants, often delighting in spirited discussions about his favorite team. His enthusiasm and loyalty extended beyond football, reflecting his warm spirit and generous heart.
